This dish bar was born in those late‑night hours… after months of trial, error, and a stubborn belief that there had to be a better way. I needed a bar that cut through grease without harsh chemicals: a bar that felt good on my hands, rinsed clean, and carried the fresh lift of something real. A bar strong enough for a homestead kitchen and gentle enough for everyday living.
The breakthrough came in the most homestead way possible: a blend of tallow, coconut, and castor oils; citrus‑infused apple‑scrap vinegar from our own kitchen; and sage grown right in our garden. Nothing fancy. Nothing wasted. Just honest ingredients working together the way they were meant to.
The result is a bright, hardworking dish soap bar that smells like a clean start: crisp citrus, mountain air, and the quiet satisfaction of making something with your own two hands. It’s the kind of clean that feels earned, not manufactured.

Both the Tallow and Vegetarian formulas were built to be equal. I prefer the Tallow formulation. However, because I have very dear vegetarian friends, I included a vegetarian formulation so they — and you — feel loved too.
